Job stability, enjoyed working with the staff and officers. Met great people, pleasant experience working with direct manager and colleagues. Work felt purposeful in supporting public safety operations and initiatives. Appreciated having work autonomy and approachable direct manager.

Cons

Antiquated work options. Required to be on-site daily, even during the pandemic. The nature of work could support hybrid/remote options. Standardization and tech. modernization was greatly needed. Career advancement within the IT dept could be improved.
