Decent money and looks good on resume. Learn a lot about the industry and how to work in a fast paced environment

Cons

Treated like you are disposable, could get a review about forgetting a martini exchange and get fired easily. Definitely some mean girl vibes with the servers that have been there a long time. Flow really depends on what managers are on shift. Some will be in the hall taking a personal call or scrolling on IG during peak rush when you are in desperate need of a manager.

Houston's offerers thorough training and has a clear vision of what they want their restaurant and staff to be. People who love structure will thrive.

Cons

Management is not always open and honest about personnel changes which can create an uneasy feeling. They also have very high expectations right off the bat.

Management, the work style, the company Hillstone. Their processes are super outdated. This is not your average serving job. All servers run food, regardless of section. There is no work-life balance or flexibilty.
