You get to make your own schedule, but that's about it.
Cons
The managers/editors won't really communicate with you when you're not meeting their standards. They'll just remove you from the job one day without any prior notice and claim that your output is "unsustainable." They don't even have a style guide. You'll likely last anywhere between 6-12 months before they begin looking for something wrong with your work so that they can cheaply replace you. Then, you'll be searching for a new job again.
