Not very good wellbeing system in place, no life-work balance.

Toxic work environment, led by the Directors. If your faces doesn’t fit, they force you out. They have policies such as flexi work times and work from home, but then hate it when you actually use it (on the odd occasion they allow you too). There is a reason they have such a high staff turnover rate. The directors don’t value their team, and throw them under the bus for their own mistakes and show extreme double standards.
