Business outlook
Pros
Flexible hours (usually). $25 bonus at the end of the year. Working with the other employees was generally fun but drama was not handled well. Serving regulars was enjoyable and getting to know them made working there worth it partly.
Cons
Owner is an anti-masker, won't ever give you a raise, will work you very very hard. Owner will take advantage of you for hours and if you try to ask for less, she'll take you off the schedule. Took me off the schedule for wanting to wear a mask in Summer 2020. Boss also tends to throw away job applications from POC, having only ever hired two POC the entire time I worked there (over 1.5 years).
