Pros
Fast paced and you will learn a lot. The benefits are really nice. Many of the people that are on the team have been there for years so they know a lot about what is going on.
Cons
Management is not stable it seems there is not a common goal between them. They will run their workers into the ground and even when someone has reached their limit (pulling multiple all nighters a couple of times a month to meet deadlines) they are still told more is needed of them with out management working out a better plan of action. With teammates being over worked generally the vibe of the daily is grouchy and backstabbing.
