- Company has no real strategy or direction. They change course very often and are not good at articulating these changes.
- Company used to have an amazing culture, but this has been lost since Covid. There isn't much of any culture anymore.
- Bad-faith leadership team. They don't trust people or listen to them, and always believe they know best. They expect loyalty but will choose most things over the best interests of their employees if it means more revenue.
- Probably due to the above, staff turnover is a big problem.
- Lack of diversity is also an issue, especially in management and leadership.
- Pay is uneven. The young and inexperienced are underpaid by industry standards, but senior people who come in are paid what they are worth.
- No real benefits, no bonuses or performance incentives, and maternity leave policy is very bad.
