The team is supportive and fun, and great at what they do. The job was incredibly creative, with no two days the same. I felt I was trusted to just crack on and find my own rhythm - creating my own routine and ways of working, while still being offered guidance when needed. There was also a genuine interest in my skills development, and I feel my time at Hudson Fuggle made me much better at what I do.
