Good strategic and expansionary out of the box thinking. The poor culture up top means you get to build close relationships with colleagues in order to survive.
Cons
The title of this review was messaged to me by a former colleague and it says it all. Entire culture is screwed and the company is snow balling out of control. A ticking time bomb waiting to happen. Company breaks MOM laws with the working hours for ground operators at the outlets. Operators at breaking-point. CEO too young, emotional and inexperienced - trying to run a SME with startup mindset. CEO will gaslight you. People of all levels leaving at a rapid rate. Company struggling to find staff to replace leavers. Family run business = be ready for nepotism. Have heard racist comments made by leadership (against Malays)
