Pros

Tienen varias demandas laborales existentes.

Pros

-Paid training. -Ease of entry into interpreting. -Fully remote. -Decent wages for an entry-level job.

Cons

-Forced schedule change twice a year. -Might get punished for things you don't have any control over. -Decent wages for an entry-level job, but barely any room for growth.

Pros

Benefits provided by Mexican law since day one. However, you will be registered at the minimum wage, not the income they mentioned during the interview process.

Cons

The platform's sound quality is not always the best, regardless of how good your internet service is; they will never accept that the issue could be on their side as well. Supervisors can be very supportive or absent. It depends on their personality.
