Pros

//This is a review of an international engineer who came through Human Resocia's GIT program with a previous work experience, and a Business level of Japanese. Work Security: Based on your Japanese level and experience you will be assigned as a full-time Temporary staff in a Japanese company. It can be right away or after some months of Japanese training. It can be within your field of experience or not. Benefits: - Overtime work - Holiday work (eligible only after 6 months) - Night work allowance - All regular types of insurance such as Health insurance, Welfare pension ..etc - Secure a room in a share house for foreigner temp-workers and provide a partial payment of the rent. -Japanese courses for foreigner workers - VISA sponsorship -Some recreational events and Nomikais

Cons

//This is a review of an international engineer who came through Human Resocia's GIT program with a previous work experience, and a Business level of Japanese. Work Environment: -Typical Japanese Company -Strict dressing code (Formal suit and color, hairstyle ..etc) -They assign all engineers to TYPICAL Japanese companies and firms. -Learning Keigo and Japanese business manner is a MUST, although some manners are so out-dated even for Japanese themselves. -Permanent contract with Human Resocia, but a 3-month renewable contract with the company you will be assigned to work at. Salary: - If you are a fresh graduate with a minimum level of Japanese ability expect a very basic salary. Research more about how much Japanese people earn per month *with no experience* and DON'T accept less than that! They know how much you love Japan, and they would take advantage of you being a foreigner by offering low salaries. - Although they say you are a full-time hakken (Temporary) and your salary in the contract is per month, It's the same as (regular Temporary work) where you are paid by hours, and you have to fill out a time sheet each month. - As a hakken (Temporary) engineer, don't expect that you will be treated as full-timers in the office you are assigned to work at( even if you have the same position with another full timer). Make sure you understand the Japanese hierarchy system, and the differences between a regular employee and a Temporary worker before knowing what you are getting yourself into. -Personally, the worst support system I have ever faced from an employer! The supporter/project supervisor who checks regularly on me was changed right after I was sent to my project/office, and they assigned a new person but was informed about that very wayyyyyy later on. - They pretend they listen to your problems, but they do nothing about them. I was facing a lot of issues at my office, such as discrimination, bullying, and harassment but they never took an actual action and sometimes I was accused of being ignorant about the culture. -They ask you verbally if you want to renew the 3-month contract with your current project/job before the end of your current contract, but you never get to sign a new contract right away as they would stall to send it to you a week or two after you have started the new contract period!! I tried so many times to ask my supervisor and managers to send it before the end of my previous contracts but again total ignorance. - No direct feedback about your performance at your job/office you are assigned to work at, and no open communication/meetings between you, your office, and Human resocia. -They teach Japanese manners and such, but they don't teach foreigner workers to respect each other in informal/informal events. A few might throw a word or two at you or a dirty gesture and they will witness it and do nothing about it. - The share-houses they assign you to stay at are basically like university's dormitories. The shared facilities can be very dirty at times, old rooms, old housing equipments, noisy people around at night! ( People who stay at the share houses are a mixture of engineers from the same company and other foreigners who come for leisure and such* - Remember always you are a hakken worker and they get a percentage of what you earn so whenever you hear '' We just want you here to be happy and find the right Job for you'', Keep in mind it LITERALLY means '' We just want the money you make us ''...

Pros

None. Zero. You can do better than this. This company won't help you in any way.

Cons

1. The recruiter is the biggest fool I've met in my life. All he does is lie to the people he hired to get his cut. His English is worse than that of my 10 year old cousin. He's a very biased person and is good for nothing. Don't fall for his sweet words cause everything is a damn lie. 2. Human resocia is the most unorganized company ever. Contradictory to "Japanese" this company doesn't maintain the time line. They have no sense of time and they don't care about how much of your time they are wasting. They recruited us in November 2018 and asked us to study "basic" Japanese. 3. Even though my Japanese was good (with N3 qualification as of February 2020) they haven't taken me to Japan yet. They even gave Japanese classes which was only basic repetition. Despite showing 100% efforts they don't care. They just do what they wish randomly. 4. They promise you a nice career which may be true, but be ready to waste 1 year of your life. 5. The free Japanese classes and the Japanese trainer is so pathetic. Especially the Chennai trainer. No sense of timing. No respect to others. Full of oneself. 6. Biggest problem is they are very biased towards their own. If you know what i mean. 7. Learn from other's mistakes and save yourself the regret of joining this company. 8. They pay a mere stipend lesser than what I spend in a week .
