      Visa support only given by the company

      Cons

      Management behaviour is very poor. They treat foreign worker as cheap labour who have no rights. The company completely changes what I used to know about Japanese people like polite, rational, intelligent, integrity. They are completely opposite to that. Think thousand time before you join them.
