      There’s pro only if you are chamcha of the boss they will say yes to anything if they liked you

      Cons

      Worst place to work at. The CEO thinks she is a god and the team leads clearly thinks they are running the company as well. The management is the most inhuman people i have met. If you ask for a leave they act as if you asked for a kidney. Very unprofessional environment. They will increase the ctc by 1 lac and add bonus worth 80000 in the ctc but in the name of bonus they give you 3000 - 5000.

      We're always seeking constructive feedback and ways to make this a culture to thrive and do cutting-edge work. However, this seems like a personal attack and rather immature, not to mention inaccurate in many parts. We cannot accept your remarks about leaves and increments.
