Pros

- Almost gen Z co-worker with corporate culture. - WFH 1 day/week in HQ. - Flexible working time. - Much of valuable experiences.

Cons

- Low - middle competitive salary. - Turnover rate is so high. - Much of workload and many tasks that out of JD. - Corporate culture makes it hard to grow. - No career path guide for employee. - No suitable and sufficient training for employee. - If your manager not fight for you, you'll get nothing. - Hard to pay OT and they don't pay it as OT. They pay it as Diligence Allowance and it's less than normal OT rate.

Pros

The team I work with is highly capable, skilled, and very patient.

Cons

- Treated like slaves, not worth the salary we get. - The CFO of the department likes to guilt-trip employees (my team) by saying that the bonus comes from the overall performance of the department, not from the team that worked hard. (Even after I resigned, I still hear that this person continues to belittle employees in this way.) - Taking vacation leave felt uncomfortable because I later found out I was gossiped about. - The higher-ups do nothing all day but wander around while the employees are nearly dying from exhaustion.
