The best thing about working here is the constant challenge of solving complex problems for our clients. We get to brainstorm new business strategies and really put our thinking caps on. I've learned so much and constantly being challenged to think in new ways. I also appreciate the freedom I have to come up with new ideas and approaches. It's a great place to be creative and really make a difference.
Cons
Since we're a small team, there's a lot of responsibility to go around and everyone wears a lot of hats. You'll need to be independent, self-sufficient and take initiative to get things done. It's a good opportunity to learn and grow, but it can also be demanding. You'll need to be able to handle a lot on your own.
