      Pros

      Time flexibility, Management was supportive, Don't have more to add.

      Cons

      Stressful work, support is inadequate, the pay is very low, by order. They even make you pay for the uniform. Late orders are deducted from the employee. Driver support was unfriendly and not very supportive may times

      Kind of flexable working hours

      Cons

      Management is terrible, they are not able to calculate number of couriers that are needed wich results in that there are either to many or not enough people working. Communication between couriers and management does not exist att all, no one does really seem to care about quality.

      Bad weather can affect your job quality. You need to get an e-bike if you need more money.
