- No career path as company going downhill and have no clear visions - Unstructured, multitasking, can't focus on job description, feel like doing ADMIN job - Toxic manager, not well trained on how to manage people, micromanage, feeling uncomfortable - Bad Benefits: Less vacation, NO work life Balance, the manager will expect you to work on weekend or vacation - Bad HR, NO Bonus, Less incremental
