Pros
If you're a glutton for punishment, you might get off on being screamed at. There's certainly no end to variety - the 40+ exotic pets remain in a constant state of interesting neglect. If you like drama, daily full-on screaming matches between grown men might sate your appetite.
Cons
Racism, sexism, and really any -ism you can think of pervade the workplace. I witnessed objects being thrown at people by management with no consequence. The phrase "are you retarded" is thrown around daily. Salaried employees are subject to working unpaid overtime and are constantly on-call. Hourly employees are routinely underpaid. No one gets benefits. Injuries on the job are treated with lawsuits, and there is no worker's comp, in spite of the job requiring most employees to use a variety of power tools, hand tools, and ladders on a daily basis. Save yourself the grey hair and look elsewhere.
