Fast Internet / Toxic Work Culture

Pros

For someone short on work experience in various tech or construction related fields for jobs posted work here is a possibility with industry exposure to possibly increase work experience if successful.

Cons

Lower than average wages for non-management due to taking advantage of employees seeking work experience (with little or no direct experience) or career transition. Senior leadership and management use favoritism and to some degree nepotism in job placement. Management and senior leaders (C-Suite) allow toxic and unhealthy communication within teams and across departments as part of the norm "business as usual". Some training has been provided to a few, but there has been little to no improvement.

Pros

Lots of good people and opportunities to help the company grow. Culture may have changed somewhat since the buyout at the beginning of 2021

Cons

Most cons depend on who you directly report to, salaries are not competitive outside the immediate area, very little diversity

Pros

Hunter is a great place to work that cares deeply about their employees and culture. They are driven to grow and build as much new fiber as possible and take over the telecommunications space. Great upward mobility for new employees looking to establish a career

Cons

Can be hectic environment always in growth mode.
