Friendly staff, adequate compensation, strong corporate social responsibility.
Cons
The Pengana takeover distroyed shareholder value, lost the Hunter Hall brands key point of differentation as a dedicated ethical fund manager and ultimately resulted in the MergeCo struggling to maintain or grow existing Hunter Hall FUM subsequent to the transaction.
