From the get go, I was offered extensive training in all areas of the company and been offered new challenges to broaden my skill set in the industry. I can’t fault the company on its flexibility, they are so understanding and allow me to go to my extra-curricular activities. I love how every individual is valued in the company and this is reflected through their low turnover of staff. I can honestly say I work somewhere with a supportive culture, with Directors who have given me the chance to train externally and for a company who are honest and have integrity. The Directors display good leadership skills and instil these values within their Consultants. They are flexible and always ensure we are striving for the best levels of Candidate and Client care.
