Pros
It's a great company to work for and a lot of progression is offered to those who are willing to take on an extra challenge. Management are approachable and open to ideas. Very much a 'give and take' approach is used which helps me keep my work life balance at a good level.
Cons
No real cons - Estate Agency is a tough market but you would think that people would consider that before entering the industry!
