Pros
It's a nice place to work at. Very Busy. Flexible schedule most of the time, but does not let you make up hours you lost.
Cons
Poor management, mainly from upper management. They don't care nor ask for our opinions because they don't have to do the dirty work. Less respect from the higher-ups. No chance of advancement or growth. Very busy, often overworked for those who works hard to cover up the lazy ones. The pay is also BELOW market rate. Recently spoke to friends that still works there, and the pay is minimum wage with no raise. Talk about a reduced salary. There are staff who are slackers and does just enough to prevent themselves from getting fired and there are those who works hard, all gets paid the same. Part-timers are limited to working 1000 hours a year, but you won't even reach 1000 hours because they won't let you work more than 18 hours a week. If there's a holiday or you took time off, you can't make up your hours. It's a dead end.
