    Pros

Some good assets that will get the company through some hard times. Some really good people that work there.

    Cons

Not a lot of movement internally. Movement up is about 40% what you know/60% who you know (really political).

I worked at Husky Energy full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good pay and benefits, relative to non-oil and gas sector; below average within O&G Vertical integration helps in downturns Less cronyism than when I first started

    Cons

Financial performance has been poor Capable Canadian management is under Hong Kong BOD's thumb. Series of serious mishaps over several years: Lima explosion, pipeline spill in SK, Superior refinery fire, Searose fiasco Limited talent pipeline for senior levels.
