    had opportunities to work in a number of different roles

    Cons

    can be a very cyclic industry and the past 5 years have been very difficult leading to many lay offs.

    Personal development offered to employees.

    Cons

    Often times in projects of all scales I found that scoping and planning wasn't done effectively. All project types including restructuring the corporation lacked transparency, reason and an action plan to move forward after the changes were made. Budgets were tweaked several times in one year instead of having one budget and reporting actual against it the budget was continuously changes, creating unease and uncertainty.
