      Pros

      One of the highlights is my line manager. She provides excellent guidance and support. I appreciate that I am not micromanaged. This trust allows me to take ownership of my projects and responsibilities,

      Cons

      While my overall experience has been positive, there is room for improvement in the way the company communicates with employees. Clearer and more frequent updates, especially regarding company-wide changes and decisions.

      Leadership comes across harsh. Was reproached in front of colleagues which made me feel embarrassed. Was let go unfairly.
