Great sales mentorship, very real interactions and approachable, until she left. Free breakfast, drinks, fruit

For anyone who believes a company will fall apart when one key person leaves, this is unfortunately true. The one strong point of the Australia office was its sales leader, and when she decided to leave, the entire APAC sales team was made redundant—not because of the performance of the salespeople, but because of senior management’s indifference and lack of regard for anyone else.
