Pros? Zero to none existent
Cons
Terminate staff with no reason. Weak management and 0 business direction. Weak sales and instrument team. Work with bunch of kids that know nothing. Suspicious way and using cable to build relationship with business partner. Sell a lot of things but cant really focus on anything with 0 knowledge. Sell a lot of brands but cannot post picture to sell? 0 logic seems like hiding things.
