Pros
Great pay when you get hours.
Cons
They show favoritism and management is a joke. They will call after you been off for week on a Tuesday and say you leaving for work tomorrow going to Louisiana without any heads up as if you don’t have a life. Very unorganized and expect you to be ok with what they do. You driving a crew out of town to work without a gas card and using your own money and they don’t want to reimburse you. Employees need gas card if transporting workers out of town.

* Great start for freshers especially from Chemical background * Great support from the owners of the company * You are treated more as a family than an employee
