Where to even start..... - Pay - No sick pay - Poor management - Poor equipment - Heavy workload - Target increase every year but no pay increase - Promised performance-based bonus and is never paid - Management just see you like a number and not a human being - Managment cannot take criticism

Can pretty much take a break when you want as you’re alone most of the time

Pay , managers attitudes , extremely high targets , no sick pay , get pulled in for any little error, you’ll only succeed if your face fits

Absolute shambles of a company the management couldn't run or organize a bbq never mind run a business. There office is like a revolving door if people joining and leaving
