Some interesting things to learn from different areas since they have a few departments in house eg construction / DA / design / sales
Cons
The whole business seems to be set up as a concierge for the owners rich wives and family - they will pull staff off work and get them to pickup groceries, luxury gifts or deliveries and then you have to deal with catching up work - they basically expect 6 days a week, contact you at 5am in morning and since decisions cant be made quickly, it may as well be a large corporate, but without the large wages
