Now you see me, now you don't... got colleague disappeared overnight. Many colleagues also leaving, Very high turnover. Management likes micro managing with no or little empowerment to staff. Now becoming a MLM company even worse. Focus little on engineering and innovation. We are 'forced' to buy or sell products to friends and family (if you don't support as an employee then you know la....) and also asked to encourage family members to sign up as distributors and attend the same talks over and over during weekends. Far from being a healthy work place for anyone with family who needs stability.

- Poorly managed company and very messy, reflected in the company share price, dropping from S$3+ to less than S$1 now - High turnover. Management level staffs can just be fired one day after meeting with the lady boss - Management staffs are pressurized to cut cost, so engineers can be fired to save cost. The remaining engineers will be loaded with extra work and responsibility. Prepare to work extra hours until late at night - If you can make the lady boss happy, you can get higher rank. The higher rank the staff, the better the staff's capability in 'padding' the boss - Factories are located in very rural area, don't even have canteens or hawker centers nearby - Factories are installed with CCTVs, which are linked to the lady's boss office. Works and engineers are constantly under surveillance
