      Pros

      Working here has been a great experience. There are plenty of opportunities for career growth. The team is very supportive, and management offers helpful feedback and training. There’s also good variety in the work every day, with great travel opportunities and chances to contribute to different areas of the business. Overall, a positive environment with plenty of room to grow.

      Cons

      Working from home can sometimes feel isolating, although there is good communication within the team and regular opportunities to meet in person.

      Hygenica has a tightly knit team of bright and ambitious people that work well together. The company has provided me with the trust and flexibility to lead the service department and develop it into what it has become today. Hard work is noted and rewarded, so I have benefited from many opportunities to better myself.

      Cons

      As a remote worker, it can be hard to step away from the requirements of the role but we have regular team meet ups that help.
