There are many downfalls that I wish were heard. Concerns/ideas are not heard, there more overlooked and disregarded. If you are not apart of the clique, you will know. Negative and toxic communication. It's like playing a really bad game of telephone. There is no stability or structure. You can't say No, that will end your career here. Management needs to work on a better foundation first then work on getting the whole department on a better foundation.
