      One of the best things about working at Hyreo is the amount of real-time learning and exposure you get. Employees get opportunities to work directly on client-facing implementations, which helps improve both technical and communication skills.

      Cons

      The learning curve can be steep for new joiners because of the pace and ownership expected.

      Pushing the limits with no work life balance.

      Will push your limits to maximum. You will be needing coming with alot of work arounds and things but still it won't be enough for the senior management.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Very less employee recognition. Low hike. Laying off employees to skip salary hikes.
