No, no , nothing all good

The Principal Designer is barley in office and when she is in the office take advantage to get all your questions you have because you won't know if she will come back to the office. She barley answers your emails and barley would cc you with client emails. This makes it hard to work on projects especially if you don't know what's going on. She likes to give out random tasks from different clients and expects you to know what is happening with the project. The Principal does a lot sketching and scanning which is great but doesn't cut the work because at end of the day you end up doing it in AUTOCAD (Double the work). As for presentations the Principal mostly does it Indesign and does a sloppy job there is no organization when it comes to that. She more worry about her sketching. Lastly, she likes talking bad about the employees which is extremely unprofessional. Which makes the new employee uncomfortable and at weird position . There is also a camera and she likes to watch every step you do. she does not tell you this in the interview or contract. so beware of what you say with your co- worker. Overall the Principal is all over the place, disorganized, does not care about the employee ( she had her employees come in the snowstorm when the city shut down) , and it's clear that she doesn't want to share too much information. She would like to do everything herself.
