1. Unstable Job: Job security was highly unpredictable. During my time there, more than 30 employees—almost half of the workforce—were let go suddenly. This created a sense of uncertainty and instability, which was concerning for everyone. 2. Lack of Transparency About Project-Based Roles: The company did not clearly communicate that the roles were project-based. This was a major issue, especially when the projects ended and many of us were unexpectedly let go. Had this been made clear from the beginning, it would have helped employees manage expectations better.
