      Cons

      Terrible management skills. Intimidation tactics. Very bad attitude. If you did anything wrong or made any mistakes, you weren't coached, you were fired. I don't mean detrimental errors, I mean errors where nobody even bothered to show you how to fix it despite asking.

      Pros

      Few demands on your time or energy.

      Cons

      You are wasting your career, learning nothing. It is a subsidiary of a Quebec City-based insurance company and it has the energy level you would expect of such an organization. At 5:01, the halls are empty. If you don't speak French, you better look elsewhere.

      The people that work there are generally helpful and pleasant. A healthy competition exists between the teams.

      Cons

      There is a lot of micromanagement and a high propensity to blame the sales teams for not working hard enough when performance isn't there to help out sales.
