The technology and processes is outdated and makes work difficult.

Still in early stages, not enough experience

A demanding work environment, that resulted in poor work life balance; often getting called on my time off when rest was required. Arrogant and know it all management that focused more on results and how they looked than the realities of the workplace. In my personal opinion production was put ahead of safety and people, this was due to the challenges of an overbudget/overdue project (external pressure from investors).

Lack of vision for future

Company undergoing change, which is good / necessary, but also creates more work at times.

Old school employee mindsets, people that have been at company a long time who do not want to adapt to change
