      Unable to think of one at the moment

      Cons

      Unorganized. No work-life balance. Micromanagement. Besides daily task reporting and standup meeting, they will ask for your progress and keep asking if you can finish despite the hours remaining in the estimates. Ineffective onboarding process. They expect new hire to work as efficient as experienced developers, Blindly follow SOPs. Not transparent between the management and employee. No goals, no roadmap, just do the tasks assigned like a robot.

      Nothing good in this company, dont ever come

      Cons

      Directors and C level management managed the company with their emotion. Shout at you in meeting to make sure you are insulted in front all colleagues. Asked you why are so free when you did not doing any work on your pc while listening to others present in meeting. Get a lot projects but all project manager come and go since april. New comers did not even work past probation and they already quit.
