      Pros

      It takes a total of two hours to see if you are fit for the job and tell you if u r selected or not. Then they tell you that they will send you details of when to start.

      Cons

      The expected date they tell you for joining is not accurate. They dont even follow up on the joining date. you just sit there waiting for their update
