      - Compensation is a little low compared to other investment companies - I can't see any career growth opportunity here

      Pros

      -Engaging and welcoming corporate culture, high level of cooperation and team work from all members of the team. -Good compensation package. - Beautiful office in downtown, Miami. - Opportunity to learn something new every day. - Opportunity to work with very experienced people.

      Cons

      - Highly competitive - you have to be constantly on top of all the news and opportunities around you and show that you are developing as a professional. - They will frequently ask you to do something outside of your scope of work and expect you to find a way to do it at a high level. - Long hours, especially before new acquisitions or month closings. - Can get pretty stressful every now and then.
