Thank you for your review. Health and wellbeing is something we value highly at IBISWorld and we are very surprised to hear that you felt there were expectations to work overtime and to not take personal leave. If you have any specific feedback you can provide regarding why you felt this way, we encourage you to get in touch with us so we can understand this further. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Pros

IBISWorld is one of the most employee-centric companies that I've worked at. From the top-most level down, they actually want their people to be successful. And they aren't afraid to admit when something has been done wrong. I think it's fair to say that every company is going to get something wrong. At least IBIS has the guts to own it (as they have in their responses here!)

Cons

Managers will call you out if you're not performing. This is only a con if you aren't willing to work and/or seek out the help you need (which they will provide). The only other con worth mentioning; I see some of my peers who lack the perspective because they've never worked anywhere else complaining too much. I want to tell them they don't know how good they've got it at IBIS.

Thank you for your review. We are trying hard to be a great place to work, and we appreciate that people are noticing. Please let your manager know or the general manager know if there are things we can do better. Thanks again!
