I have been told to refrain from disclosing particulars for legal reasons, but suffice to say that although I got on well with my immediate colleagues, I found the company culture to be oppressive, even to the point of being intimidating at times, . After plucking up the courage to raise certain issues with the management during my appraisal, I was let go two weeks later without a proper explanation, despite the fact that the appraisal had been positive. For me, working at IBS has been a thoroughly disappointing experience.
