Crazy CEO. No work/life balance. Managers are hired but not allowed to do their job because the CEO is the king of micro management. Weekly 2 hour team meetings become shouting matches and gruesome displays of unprofessional behavior by, you guessed it, the CEO who is rude, dismissive and always right about everything, just ask him.
Some good people to work with in the team but the really smart ones usually start looking for new jobs within the first week of employment. Management loves to hire people from out of the country on work visa so they are essentially stuck work there.
CEO has video cameras throughout the office which are pointed at the employee’s desks so he can watch them even when away. You have badge OUT of the office not just in so he can track every move you make. New hires are not given a badge for the first month or so, they must exit and hear a very loud alarm like noise go off when exiting. This is so management knows when you leave... buzzing noise, the new guy just went outside or to the bathroom. Bathroom breaks are most likely timed this way.
EXTREME amount of turnover because people realize that they cannot stand the place and get out, often times before even finding a new job, they just want out.
Management claims that customer service is #1 priority them why do customers complain not about the work done but about over billing of the customer, this of course is management over billing not the engineer or client services rep.
Customers see entire service team change form project management to desktop, network and systems engineer because they all quit. This causes constant re training of new staff to get familiar with the client sites which of course this time is also billed to the customer.
Good reviews are all fake but if you don’t believe me and take a job with this company, don’t say you weren’t warned !
