If you want to be FT here you must do 40hrs every week. To get things to go your way you MUST be a favorite or unless it's hell for you. Scheduling is always a mess. The management literally does nothing to help their employees. No type of support whatsoever. If you're late even one min your considered late on file. If you're doing something wrong they don't tell you until you're two month evaluation and then they blame you and you could also possibly lose the raise you might have gotten two months prior. They don't teach or guide you. They say they want to help you but they really don't help you at all. I've had my share of bad management but this place takes the cake. This is the worse management team I've ever seen. Coming to this job was so stressful and chaotic consistently everyday. In the beginning this job was great but it just kept getting worse every month. They talk about you in Japanese right in front of your face. You can clearly tell who they care about and who they don't. You can stay longer, do crazy hours and they still don't respect you. If you're late constantly they give you a final warning and then they fire you. I've seen over 50 employees come and go over the course of only 7 months since this location opened. It's a horrible toxic work environment. I seriously do not recommend.
