Pros
- They end work very punctually - Clock out on time - Friendly colleagues that are sweet - Have a *birthday person treats everyone food* system - Work life balance as they won’t disturb you after work ends
Cons
- A lot of PR employees (Pinoy/Indian) so you won’t really understand what they’re saying. - Low pay. Barely any employee benefits, - Bad working environment. (The water cooler is 3 levels down and breaks often) - Floor in the lab is seeping water and cracking… You will have to walk in puddles… - Ants and mould in the lab. (Although I’m sure they’re renovating, it was a long overdue renovation. No one should need to work in such an environment for a Pharma company) - Never consider Muslim holidays etc. You have to take leave for your Raya.. Meanwhile the enforced Chinese New Year Holidays you get leave deduction. - They often have disagreements/arguments in the office.
