The COO is particularly unfit for the role, displaying a rude demeanor and lacking the knowledge and vision required to run a software house. Surviving in this company often depends on adopting a "yes boss" attitude. Employees who dare to express their opinions or challenge decisions are sidelined, making the workplace feel oppressive.
