Pros
You make an average amount of money for door-to-door but definitely could be making more at a more well ran company. My advice--check out other solar providers in the area. They will have higher commissions, better structure, management that is present more than 1 day a week, and actual perks.
Cons
Its hard to get the necessary training when management is golfing every day because sales "is below" them. In addition, they never pay on time and you have to reach out every month for them to Venmo you the thousands they owe you. I've never had to beg a company to pay me before. If you want to do door-to-door, go somewhere with a good culture and management that cares as much about their flashy Instagram as they do about their people.
