Run with constant threats of disciplinary. Parents unaware of how little time the children are outside doing the things that they used to do before it was bought be Icp nurseries. A never ending bombardment of paperwork which goes way beyond what Ofsted require, which means less time is actually spent looking after the children. Staff continually have to stay behind for a couple of hours to catch up on paperwork, which is unpaid. Basically it is all for show. The staff are at their wits end and are leaving one by one. Not a nice company to work for. They do not accept that a close family bereavement is a good enough reason not to attend a meeting. If the parents knew what it was actually like they would take their children elsewhere.
