So they will organize a 3 day event (called the annual meet by them) and make each and every employee realize that he/she is good for nothing - No facilities provided to the employee at all - Unclear salary structure. Almost 25% of the CTC wil never be received by the employee at all - Extremely poor infrastructure facility. The laptops/PCs provided are outdated. - No data base are available to the employee (which is highly important for any research based company)
